Why this McDonald hired rude manager. I basically asked her(the manager) Why my McDonald app points were deducted if they had not put in my Code. She was being rude. She got no name tag on and I asked for her name and she just turn to her side and don’t want to deal with me anymore. McDonald need to hire people that can do the job and not base on DEI.
Went through drive thru and ordered a glass of unsweet iced tea. They gave me my tea but there was no ice in it. I requested a glass of ice for my tea and the employee informed me that she couldn't give me a glass of ice for my tea, but she gave me ice in my son's coke. I asked for the manager and the manager refused to give me a glass of ice. I would not recommend to going to this mcdonald's for anybody, for any reason, they need to be FIRED.......
