There was no one at the front register. You are expected to use the kiosk otherwise you have to wait for service. You cannot refill your own drinks as there is no drink fountain in the lobby. To refill mine and my ladies drink we had to go to the "order pickup area" and ask for a refill to which they just handed us new cups. I found this both wastefull and annoying as I like to mix my drinks. Service staff barely spoke English. The food came out quick and was good but the whole interaction was pretty poor. Upchargrs without telling you every time. Ask for medium they give you large EDIT: Went again, happened again. They are scammers.
