I work near by and I come for lunch here at least 3 times a week. I have never had a complaint. Food is always hot and fresh, and they always get my order right. It usually clean too. Today they missed every mark. They gave cold and old fries. I went to ask for fresh ones and the lady gave me dirty look and snatched them from me. Never said a word. Not thrilled with the customer service here. Please tell me again how I can sit in the drive thru and watch 5 other cars go through and you expect me not to be upset over you not taking my order, I even placed it online to make it easier.
