went to McDonald’s and spoke to the cashier in Spanish, saying it was muy frío (very cold). She was rude and said, “It’s only cold if you’re sick.” I replied, “Excuse me?” and told her, “You don’t have good customer service.”
Good place to grab a quick bite
Went today around 12:45 pm and went through drive thru and ordered a number 2a extra value meal and a cheese burger. Just me and one other car in line. Paid and had to wait over 5 minutes after they ask me to pull forward. The only item that was the correct temperature was the ice tea. Burger and fries barely warm. What is wrong with your people? Don't they realize they are killing your brand? Your need to get a new operator.
