It took over an hour to get our food and we asked multiple times about our order and they just ignored us and said gimme a minute.
Dirty, unkept, straws were wet, no napkins , and soda anywhere. Staff was overwhelmed, food was gross and tastes like a filet of fish. When I told the manager he, he denied it and then I offered him to taste it . He declined and I asked if it wasn’t filet of fish , what chemicals did ya add to make it taste like that. He said he make fresh ones . We waited about 5/10 minutes and left. Told the people loitering they could have them if he ever comes back . We bought 3 happy meals and 3 adult meals and asked for ketchup and he acted like it was coming out of his paycheck. When I asked for more, he rolled his eyes and pressed it into my hand. RUDE! Our bill was over $50. The link McDonald's provided does absolutely nothing but another survey to which they have no clue as to why I'm contacting them.
