NEVER waited longer at ANY FAST FOOD places!!! I have been waiting for 30 minutes now for my macchiato, and the employees look chill and not even doing anything. What's worse is they're ALWAYS slow!! I've waited in drive thru for 30 minutes too. If it isn't for the location this one is in I would not have come here anymore, but this time they just shock me with their service.
When we order breakfast from here, usually via delivery, they consistently mess up orders. For example, today our breakfast items did not have any egg on them when they arrived
This location always sucks but tonight was a new low of service & quality that I felt compelled to share. Thursday (today) around 9pm they gave my $12 mobile drive thru order to the car in front of me, pretended to be confused about what happened, took forever to remake my food without any sort of apology or explanation, which turned out to be the crappiest food ever (especially the fries DISGUSTING) Worst McDonald’s in the world?
