Went through the drive-thru for a large iced coffee with just Splenda. It tasted completely black, so I politely asked if it could be remade. The employee insisted he put the Splenda in and said, “All I can do is give you the sugars.” I just felt his response was unnecessarily rude. It was a simple request that could’ve been handled much better.
Horrible service or I just came at the wrong time.. first their speakers weren’t working or idk if the girl didn’t know how to multitask.. then they tell me to go to front WAIT 7 MINS THEN come back in the drive and pick up my order .. next thing you know I’m in the line for 20+ minutes!! This is ridiculous
gave me extra fries and fancy restaurant quality crispy chicken nuggets in the happy meal and gave me large size of ultra prenium water that would refresh for a month ★ ★ ★ ★ ★
