I wish I could give them a star I get that is busy but why give the option to pay at the register if they are going to ignore you and when you try to get there attention they say give me a second and still goes to keep paking food for the drive thru so did not eat there poor service
After paying for my order through the drive-thru tonight, I was not handed my receipt. I was not offered an explanation or nothing was said about the matter, the male employee just took my card, swiped it and gave it back. He closed the window while I continued to wait because I wanted a copy of my receipt, and didn't seem to notice me even though I was trying to get his attention with my hands.
