Very disappointing experience at this McDonald's. Orders are consistently delayed, and there is little to no communication from the staff. Even after waiting a long time, no one provides an update or apologizes for the delay. When I asked about my order, the employees ignored my questions and seemed uninterested in helping customers. Hi, the store staff always deliberately troubles us. They never deliver the order on time and press the button saying that the order is ready but the order is not ready. They press the button 15-20 minutes before the order is ready and we get a message that your order is ready but when we reach the store, we find the order is not ready. I am sending you the proof for this. I have been waiting at the store for a long time and till now they have not started the order and I get the message that your order is ready.
I ordered a large and they only gave me barely any fries. It was only half and it wasn’t even full to the top. A large fries means large fries not barely or half. Last time I go here.
Every time I get food they always get something wrong or forget. First thing is that they upgrade/upcharge me on multiple occasions when i didn’t ask. Second thing they always forget the sauce or give me the wrong one that i didn’t ask for. Third thing is that the food is often stale and not fresh. Bonus service is slow and they take forever. Genuinely upset
My first and last at this McDonald's. The patties so dry looks like been cooking set aside waiting for a customer to come and order. Ask for triple burger & double filet fish and they gave me double burger and regular fish sandwich. Had to go back get my order right. I should've just get my refund. So always check your order before leaving
