I gave this a lower rating, due to the customer service. I understand there’s a training deficit here, but It is incredibly, bothersome, When after every menu item, I say the employee states anything else… Pretty simple solution here with some training. But the food that was ordered was also incorrect. The food was prepared. Well, just not the way we requested. One positive I will say the french fries were very fresh and crispy.
Fast service and good food
I’m going to leave a bad review for the McDonald’s at 7901 White and Gosford. The woman there—I think she’s a manager; I arrived at 8:44 AM—has a terrible attitude and provides very poor customer service. On top of that, I had to wait nearly 30 minutes for my order. To the franchise owner: I recommend you pay attention to this important issue. You could increase your profits by making some changes.
