The lady at the window with the accent needs to listen to the orders correctly. The manager and ladies at the pick up window need better customer service.
Manager was talking to her employees in a condescending manner. I was the first person to arrive in lobby and last to receive my food
06-03-2025 They need more people to work. Only two people working stingily. It's a McDonald's and it's a holiday. Orders are delayed for people in the lobby, and mobile orders need more staff.
