Long story short in the drive thru couple minutes ago lady taking my order tried to argue with me over me asking for a crispy chicken biscuit told me that it’s called a chicken biscuit I said oh it says crispy chicken on the display but ok I didn’t go back and forth she proceeds to catch a attitude etc. Don’t go looking for trouble especially at work wake up on the wrong side of the bed stay home.
Drive through took an hour, on a MONDAY NIGHT.
Order one thing get something completely different. Typical McDonald's experience so don't go expecting anything to be correct even if you use the mobile app. It's like being stuck in that movie Idiocracy.
They cancelled my mobile ordered because the discount I had for using the app
No matter what time of day the drive thru is chaotic. I order through the app and it still takes over 30 minutes to get my order through the drive thru. The whole point of fast food is to be fast. The app should make it even faster and efficient for the employees. The employees definitely hate thier jobs, not even one person I've seen there is friendly.
