I ordered through the app, put the number where I was parked, annnnnd nothing. 20 minutes later, I go in, and the lady says, "I'm sorry, I'm the only one up here." I hate it, but that's not my issue.
Where to start? Well let’s just talk about the fact I ordered a value meal which is an intended item that can get a customer in and out the door quickly without needing to spend much. But apparently this McDonalds has a reputation for not only being unable to get food out the door quickly. But to have a staff that lacks basic skills to communicate to each other.
