McDonald's has notoriously bad service, but this one must be the worst of them all. They mess up my order every single time, they take FOREVER, and 9 times out of 10 you are asked to Mc-park-it and wait for some surly employee to bring your food out twenty minutes later. Today I payed extra for four drinks off the new drink menu and all of them came out as regular drinks. By far the slowest McDonald’s I’ve been to and they’re out of everything. Drink machine broken, no bottled water after waiting at the drive through window over 5 minutes just to get someone to take the order. It’s McDonald’s so it’s not like I expect anything extravagant. But this place is quite terrible.
This is the slowest fast food restaurant this side of the Mississippi. Every time we go, we end up waiting 20-30 minutes for simple things. Don’t go here if you’re in a hurry and need something quick to pick up. You’d have more luck at a sit down restaurant.
