I'm deleting my previous three-star review to rewrite this one. This is a great store in a perfect location for maximum business. However I don't understand how they manage to be the most looked down on fast food service in the city. After my visit today I ordered a bacon breakfast sandwich put on an English muffin. It would have been perfectly fine for them to screw anybody else's order up. (But not my significant others.) I ordered a 20 piece nugget, I believe the menu says they are like $7 and some change. I received a 10 piece for $5.89. I then went back through the drive through so they can correct it, and they charged me another $5.89. So...I paid basically $12 for something that should have only came to $7 and some change... kinda frustrating. Update, went back and got two large fries and this is what they looked like...
Good food especially when they make it fresh which is most of the time
Ordered & paid for a quarter cheeseburger deluxe—got a regular one; was drive up so I didn’t check it til I got home; so annoying
Nobody appears to actually work the lobby area. Wasted 15 minutes trying to get someone to take my order and finally gave up and left along with the other families that had been waiting there for anyone to show up and take our orders. They need to lock the lobby if they are unwilling to do orders for walk in customers. Never going there again after this total waste of time.
