Cold burger patty, stale bun, onion starting to turn soggy yellow. Server polite and professional. Staff said nothing to patron who was holding a long haired dog, while she was in a line of people waiting to be served their food. Very disappointed and totally disgusted.
I was ordering delivery from McDonald’s , order was around 100$ And I only received 3 drinks, no food at all. I called customer service, and they didn’t do full refund. They still charge me for delivery fee. I spend around 1 h for explained situation but they just don’t care. They said that is their policy. So , my food was stolen by driver and they charge me for that. I will come back to McDonald’s ever.
