I had a nice experience at this restaurant. I go semi-often and their usually pleasant. Tonight I went for a combo and Christina at the window let me know that if I wanted to I had the option to get a bottle of water rather than the water I ordered with the combo. This was nice because I don't normally like the dispensed water. It was a pleasant interaction for a simple drive thru order.
Short version - bad service, bad communication, order often wrong. I was going to this McDonald’s pretty much every Sunday (and another 5 days of the week bc the coffee is cheap). They consistently get the order wrong, take too much time, and don’t communicate. This is a consistent issue only at this McDonald’s that the other doesn’t. Most recently, I ordered 2 iced coffees.
