I asked for BBQ sauce, they said it’s in the bag. I said it’s not, can I have some BBQ sauce. The manager then asked to see my bag, I said no, can I just get some BBQ sauce. The manager then, rudely, said no not talking like that. So I didn’t get any BBQ sauce, it was not in my bag and I will not be going back to this location. They need to get rid of nighttime manager, she is rude and does not conduct herself professionally.
I just left there tonight receiving the worst service I’ve ever gotten from there. I ordered meals for my husband and I was told to pull forward to parking space which was not an issue. My food was brought out asked if anything was missing and I let the man know that my double quarter pounder and fries was missing he asked to see my receipt which I didn’t have cause when asked if I wanted my receipt I said no (my mistake) he said okay I’ll look into it and walked away.
