When they first opened in 2024 the customer service was great. The best out of a McDonald’s I’ve had. Since the management has changed (a few times) it has been absolutely terrible. This newer crew ALWAYS forgets something. We come here on our busy days and it’s the closest restaurant, but we will go out our way to BK.
Worst location with the rudest people. Do yourself a favor and do not go here.
I stopped by here this morning and ordered two hash browns and 4 burritos. The young girl taking the cash was pleasant. I pulled to the next window to get food and the young lady working the window here was kind as well. She hands me my bag and I ask if the mild sauce for the burritos was in the bag. She told me it should be so I looked and there was none, so I asked for some. The young lady comes back with two sauces and I said can I please have a few more because I have 4 burritos.
