I’ve been to this location, SEVERAL times. The Customer Service is absolutely HORRIBLE, overall: no friendly faces, no sense of urgency within service, NOTHING. On top of THAT, they have the audacity to get your order(s) wrong! I live 5 mins away, and will NEVER be returning again, smh. They need an entire reconstruction of their staff, ASAP.
The service at this McDonald’s is absolutely terrible. I stood at the counter while the employees were on their phones. I placed my order at the kiosk, and one of them finally got up to prepare it. It took a very long time for just two items. Once she gave me my order, she immediately went back to sitting down and using her phone. I asked if she could please give me some Buffalo sauce, and she actually seemed annoyed that I interrupted her phone time. She handed it to me with a bad attitude.
