This review is for Aaron who worked Sunday Sept 27. Give. This. Man. A raise. Customer service is now an art in our fast paced digital world. I work in non profits and prior hospitality. This is your guy. My mom and I went through the drive thru late at night. Got some awesome big macs. Tbh, I was having such a terrible day and evening and very emotional. Just terrible service, so slow and you have to repeat your order every single time at least once if not more, and they still get it wrong and you go through the drive thru just to wait in the parking lot anyway.
Terrible service ...they ignore the counter
The lady who helped me at the drive thru this morning was extremely warm and polite. Sadly, you just don’t get that anymore most places.
