We waited approximately 30 minutes in the drive-thru tonight, which was much longer than expected. While we understand that restaurants can get busy, there was no communication about the delay, making the experience frustrating.
Litteraly the worst mcdonald's in lethbridge every time i go here it take forever to make an order as i have to repeat myself over and over because the employees cant focus on the job they are doing and seem more interested in talking to eachother my order is always taken incorrectly and is always wrong the staff have a serious additude. If yu get breakfast expect an untoasted English muffin and if yu ask for extra toasted it will be burnt black. I would give 0 stars if i could.
