What's the point of ordering in advance if everyone else gets served before I do? Apparently customer service is no help, I pay extra for Big Mac sauce and getting nothing, I pay extra for bacon and chicken sauce and get nothing, I order one chocolate and one vanilla milkshake and I get two vanilla milkshakes... I'm done. The fact that they can't get a simple order right is absolutely frustrating. We order McDonald's because we know what to expect (disappointment), but this is beyond disappointing
Most interactions are subpar if not completely lacking. They often cut the kitchen hours early late night and offer no alternatives. I once asked for cheese on a junior chicken and was told "sorry we don't have cheese"... yet I was sold a mcdouble with cheese ... I've had delivery orders messed up and drive through. But honestly, when you are directing drive through patrons through to the last window (frequently understaffed), please state that. Stop wasting everyone's time.
