Went through drive thru. Got handed someone else's order. It was early morning. Only me and another car in waiting spot in drive thru. Parked and brought food in. Amy the manager seemed flustered and blamed her confusion on the car ahead of me because they had 2 different orders in the same vehicle. She took the food that I had already handled and walked it outside and handed it to them. I had to wait for mine which is OK.
3/25 appx 530pm. Drive thru was excellent service taking order & being kind/pleasant. Order was correct, hot & fresh.
Order taker was very rude, I told management and nothing happened
