The fries here are always pale and undercooked—or worse, pale, undercooked and old. 😷 You also have to pay extra for sauce, yet half the time they forget to put it in the bag.
Honestly it was the dirtiest McDonald’s I’ve ever been in. Not a single clean table to sit at. The floor is filthy with trash and spills, the windows are all slimed and sticky with finger prints and the soda machine is dripping with syrup and everything is just gross. We left and ate in the car as there was nowhere clean to sit. There are at least 2 people standing in the back doing nothing. Seems like someone could be sweeping and wiping things down. This is simply unacceptable.
This place has gone downhill and then back up a little only to fall again. The place is a joke. Horrible upper management and no quality control of any kind. It's like playing roulette every time you order. Will it have one or two patties on the Mcdouble??? Will there be a patty at all? These are things that can be corrected easily but the franchise owners don't care about anything but the bottom line.
