Ordered food but never got my hashbrowns and they didn’t do anything

The staff didn't know anything about mobile order I wasted my time for 30mins.
This is just another "Didn't get what I ordered" review. In this case, it's the fault of the order taker, not the order filler. I placed my order in the drive-in and asked for 4 salsa and 4 ketchup packets. When reviewing the order on the screen, I pointed out to the operator that she hadn't added the salsa packets. She said she would add them and told me to proceed. When I got the order home, surprise!! No salsa packets. I checked the receipt and the salsa was missing.
