Stopped here last spring for a snack and coffees for a long drive overnight. My french speaking is limited and the night staff spoke french. I attempted to order and they were very rude and annoyed that my pronunciation wasn't good. They were condescending - correcting me and rolling their eyes, I was overly nice and apologetic. My understanding of french is quite good and after I paid they were smirking and said we should spit in their food. This was a stop on our road trip the play area for the small kids was great! Could be cleaner.
Like most MacD's restaurants, the service is fast and polite. The food, well, it's a fast food joint. The food is what it is. It's not bad, but it's also not the healthiest food. Check your order when you go through the 'Drive-Thru'. They tend to have issues (wrong order, missing items, etc). The dining area was clean. The bathrooms could use some work. Dine in, take-out, or request '3rd party' delivery. They're open 24/7.
Not that great customer service overall.
