I walked up to the counter and waited more than 10 mins to order and not a single person looked at me nor did anyone speak ANY English when they “served”me. I waited and waited then finally went to the “self serve screens” to order my meal. The lady that gave me my order missed something and didn’t understand what I was asking for even thought it was on my order receipt. I won’t be coming back to this place again. Horrible service. Our group came here for food after going to Malahat Skywalk. It is a busy place! Parking can be tough as it is busy. Staff were friendly and doing the best they can, it was dinner rush. Customer service is what I usually base my rating on when it comes to food chain places. And they did a great job.
