This location needs warm and nice people. They have everyone working at the drive thru and instead of the first person (in this case, she might have had critical position that if she leaves, their drive thru service suffers)to see someone at storefront to attend to you, she called someone to help storefront. Yes, there is kiosk but because we did not know how to use the coupon there, we went storefront. Order was slower compared to other stores we have been to. April 19th, 2026 Completely held hostage in the drive through line. 15 minutes till order and we were 1 car from order screen. We would have left but we were trapped by the car behind us. 25 minutes and they served three cars. Still hadnt made it to pay window by 30 minutes. Drove away after side lane opened up. There were only 7 cars in front of us for 30 minute wait. There was no one parked for grill parking. A drive through is supposed to be just that, and a reasonable wait of 10 or even 15 minutes during peak is normal.
