Very slow service even though the restaurant was empty. Food was cold even after having to wait for along time.
Store over charged me for my order and nobody answers the phone. I gave $4.60 in cash and was also charged $4.60 on Mastercard for an order totalling $5.39. Receipt shows I paid $0.79 in cash which isn’t possible and not what I handed over.
I honestly don’t understand why the service has gone to shit at this location. In the past 2 weeks I have had to return twice for incomplete orders and now my order was completely wrong and I’m just too tired to go back. And mind you I would understand if I purchased $200 worth of food but it’s literally 2 combos and they keep forgetting one fries which you gave me 2 drinks so it should be a given.
