Management have told staff to put half the bacon on their mighty McMuffin, violating advertising and sales laws. One staff out and out lied about it, while their supervisor admitted it. In fixing the problem they only put 3. And claim it's policy....which it isn't Advertised as double the bacon.... Disgusting. Also has renovated where no drink refills, fees for sauces and staff not visible to customers most of the time necessitating extended waits.
Newly renovated, very relaxing environment. The best one in the View Royal and Colwood area. Staff are super friendly and helpful, especially Dae, Nina, Cynthia, Abigael and Deams. They are always so helpful and cheerful that customers like us feel welcomed. Standard of food is stable, hot and fast. Love their lobby too, so clean and cozy. We love having breakfast and lunch there with friends, so comfortable 🥯 Highly recommend it.
