The manager refused to accept my employee discount solely on the fact that I was based from another location. She was very rude about it and demanded to see my phone screen to verify emails. I told her I have a separate email at home used for work so it doesn’t fill my phones notifications with McDonald’s promo advertising emails. I showed my employee platinum card on the mobile app and she said that was not enough proof and very disrespectfully told me to take my business elsewhere.
