This McDonald’s does not have a small size drink for happy meals and forces you to get an up charged one. Also, they will not let you change the way you pick up order if you had left to go inside. The food is standard McDonald’s and tastes the same.
They are beyond mean and rude for no reason. This location & the location on Prince Avenue I’ve had negative experiences from needlessly aggressive staff. This time I couldn’t hear what they were mumbling at the drive through so I politely said “i’m sorry I couldn’t hear you” and the lady was very mean and condescending and repeated it back to me “ArE YoU UsInG YoUr MoBiLe App ToDay??!!!” and I said no then she asked what I wanted in the same trashy tone so I just drove off because I’m not going to be bullied by some miserab... read more
Placed a mobile order sat at drive thru speaker for 5 minutes never got a voice. I drove around and they act like I never ordered through the app I showed the lady my order and the correct address she just stared at me and said we do not have it. If you do not want to serve anyone then shut down it is simple. Oh and staff is constantly locking the door and only opening it for their friends but making customers wait in drive thru line just to say our food isn't in the system manager gotta go
