They are horrible
Awesome staff
One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had at a McDonalds. I arrived at the drive through of the McDonalds at 693 Main St in Torrington at approximately 7:33 pm. I pulled up to the intercom and attempted to place an order. I spoke into the intercom multiple times over a period of about two minutes and received no response, while sitting with my window open in roughly 10 degree weather. The inside of McDonalds exists primarily for elderly people, employees taking breaks and people remembering they have to eat while they're on the road- like us. This one does that well. The employee who served us was really nice.
