I ordered a Bacon Quarter Pounder with Cheese and got no bacon on my burger. When I called the store the manager said "what do you want me to do" and refused to help without going to the store physically. I ordered through the app, I know they can refund it without being there.
My experience is getting a happy meal at almost every McDonald's I go to I get screwed out of my sauce for my nuggets! Not very happy with the people employed at these McDonald's. They need to be trained properly to make sure the order is complete before calling it done.
