This place will not answer the phone. I just called about five times . I came here on my lunch break and waited 30 minutes for a snack wrap just to receive the wrong food. I called couldn't get in the line because inside and outside was completely packed and I have to get back to work period do I basically wasted my entire lunch break for nothing. I'm paying for something I'm not going to eat. I asked for a ranch snack wrap and received spicy. I don't like anything spicy so thanks a lot.

This McDonalds in Pinehurst needs serious help. We have visited this location a few times and constantly have to wait for several minutes for our food. It is beyond slow. The drive through isn’t any better, always being told to pull ahead into a vacant spot. On today’s visit, we dined in and that was a mistake. Every table needed cleaning as there was food and trash left on several tables. Doubtful I return to this location. It is unacceptable.
You can always depend on McDonald's to give you the same quality food no matter which location you visit. This location had a couple employees roaming through the dining area asking if we needed any thing to make our meal more enjoyable, that was a nice touch.
