Yes, I know it is fast food but the food has consistently been cold. The employee's in general at this location just don't care about the food quality or the service.
I tried calling to see if they still sell ice and how much it is. I keep getting hung up on. That's VERY rude!!!! Called back and they refused to even answer the phone. Seems like from other reviews that them being rude is just par for the course.
I’ll start up by saying that I am very thankful and love that this McDonald’s is here. We’ve lived here for many years and when they were closed due to the fire, we definitely felt their absence. With that said it just seems that they are always understaffed. the staff is very friendly and that might be part of the problem. I’ve seen managers telling staffers that “you can’t just go outside and chitchat with the customers you need to drop off the order and come back in because we have a line of people waiting”.
