Definitely not as bad as some are making it out to be. Staff was friendly, food was hot and correct. Its McDonalds, not a Michilin star resraurant. The Big Arch is pretty good actually.
I am submitting this as a formal complaint regarding this location. My visit was unacceptable from a basic service and food safety standpoint. The restaurant was visibly unclean, the wait time was excessive, and the food was served cold after a prolonged delay. More concerning was the lack of professionalism from staff and the absence of any effort to correct the issue when it was brought to their attention.
