This location screws you regardless of how you order. If you're in person, they don't have someone at the counter. You have to hope that a employee sees you, and that they actually care enough to do something. Order online, and they'll tell you your order is ready when it's far from it. Most of my food today was cold because of this. They have an acronym, LAST, that stands for Listen, Apologize, Solve, Thank. As far as McDonald's locations go, this one is pretty great. Considering it's easily accessible location, the service is quick and efficient both inside and through the drive thru. The dining area is mostly always clean with the few stray areas here and there. Given how often this place is frequented it's pretty impressive. It's still a McDonald's at the end of the day but it's a pretty good one compared to the rest.
