Went before work. While ordering I forgot to ask for honey mustard and didn’t realize til after I paid. When receiving my food I said “I am so sorry, I forgot to order honey mustard. Would I be able to get one?” And the woman looked at me coolly and with attitude said “you’d have to pay for that.” And without offering to take payment, as if to say I was too late and to get back in line, she just stared at me, and handed me my bag as if I was supposed to leave now, so I did. If I could give 0 stars I would. Went to the drive thru at 6:40 pm.. at 7:30 went into McDonald’s as they made me pull up. Asked for the manager and she was rude stated “I already made that food and it went to the wrong person” and then just walked away
Update 10/11/2025. 10+ minutes in the drive thru. It's a damn shame that it's not even "fast" food anymore. It seems as if when a certain someone visited, all McDonald's went downhill. Attempted to visit 10/23/2024. Kiosks were out of order, and the pop machine in the dining room was also not working between 6:30pm and 7:00pm. I wish I could give zero stars if I could. It's always something that's broken at this location.
