Management was very professional and courteous even though I wad rude. She handled it so well, I couldn't accept the refund she offered. My apologies, and she's a keeper!
Someone I’m close to came in for a simple interview and heard the GM say “why did she bring her baby? I’m here to run a business not be nice” my friend stayed, (better than me, bc at that point we would’ve been fighting) bc jokes on y’all you do need people to run the store and you should focus on being nice. Ordered a coffee and Diet Coke. Took 12 minutes for them to pour a watery coffee and hand me an empty cup to fill myself even though the restaurant was empty.
