This is the worst mcdonalds ive ever been to. It’s taken an hour to get our food and the service is horrible.

The manager is rude and the cashier was rude they charged my card and refused to give it back cuz it didn't go on the the order computer so that was nine and a half dollars that they stole from me and refused to do anything they were very rude especially in the manager she wasn't in good manager she didn't manage nothing she didn't make the customer happy
