I’m fairly certain this location closes their dining room and curbside orders early (well before 9pm). I’m not sure what’s going on, but this is now the second time I’ve waited over 40 minutes for an order that was never prepared—despite the app showing it as “ready.” Meanwhile, employees are visibly sitting on tables and hanging out in the dining room while customers are left waiting. Both of the McDonald's on North Monroe (by Lake Ella and Fred George) are terrible. The service is bad. I will find another fast food shop.
Ordered a McDonaldland Meal today strictly because I wanted to try the milkshake. I ordered online go to the store and the lady tried to hand me a sweet tea I didn’t order that I informed her this was not my drink and the next lady came to the window and told me they didn’t have the milkshakes. What did I want? Maybe don’t advertise things you don’t have Because I literally only wanted the milkshake that’s the only reason I ordered this meal
