Hate ordering from a kiosk. Took a long time to get our food. Sounded like a lot of tension and bad attitudes. No straws or condiments offered.
The staff and mangers are very rude unprofessional, attitude and always messing up my order
I usually go during night and they always get it right but today went during the day idk what it is but they seemed rude and clueless as to what they were doing because i ordered double cheeseburgers and they some how managed to forget the double cheese they need more people like the ones on night shift not these clueless idiots in the day
Worst McDonald in Tallahassee. Ever since Cookout came through this McDonald on North Monroe been going down food, customers service. Especially the night crew and manager. No manners. No respect, don’t even be in uniform.
