Absolutely brutally slow! 20min wait in drive thru. AVOID!
Went to this location just on my way somewhere. Got the new hockey sandwich meal thing by accident, did not really understand what I was ordering lol it just looked very good... Went into the drive through, the wonderful guy taking my order not only did a perfect job, he then said "Good Luck" to me as I paid, I did not really understand what he was talking about because I did not really know what I ordered. This is the most poorly managed McDonald’s location I have visited in Edmonton. Order accuracy at this location is consistently unreliable. On multiple occasions, items have been missing from my order — including nuggets and even entire burgers from larger orders. Unless customers check their bags immediately at the counter, they risk discovering missing items only after arriving home. This pattern indicates a clear failure in basic quality control procedures.
