The "customer service" here is virtually non-existent. It's not uncommon to wait more then 10-15 minutes in the drive thru before someone finally recognizes the customer parked at the ordering screen. I and others have driven off in frustration because, even though the lights are on and and the place is open, no one is taking the orders. Sat in drive thru for 30 minutes. Never got to order. Drove away. Saw multiple others drive off too. Find a different McDonald’s. This place needs some management help.
Made a mobile order and there was an error made by the app, still trying to get my money refunded after almost 2 weeks and 5 calls to customer "service " . I was able to stop the over order from being made. They still have over $60.00 of my money.
Waited forever in the drive thru. Watched two cars honk and drive off because of the long wait. Mind you there were no customers inside this location and the drive thru was not busy what so ever. Finally an employee speaks and I asked a simple question about an ice coffee. The nasty tone of the woman on the speaker! Your giving me attitude for what? Absolutely not, I will not have anyone with a bad attitude handling my food nor my payment. I will never go back to that location!
