Closes well before stated hours and staff refuses to honor online orders. Manager is completely rude and dismissive. Location should lose its franchise agreement.

Service was as expected. The people were courteous and friendly. But the order for a hot fudge sundae was a disappointment. Don't the employees have training films to learn from for preparing menu items? The sundae was a cup filled to the brim with the vanilla ice cream emulsion. Gotta be the worst McDonald’s in Tallahassee, no one even answers the drive thru half the time.
05.19.26. This McDonalds is at least trying. It makes me disturbed that drink refills are gone, and that there were NO napkins. Staffdid bring food to our table.
