Whatever happened to "fast food" and customer service? 5 employees can only take one order at a time? What kind of joke is this? Do the owners just not care that the crew and management are losing them money? If you come here, be prepared to wait. If you're lucky, the other 6 cars in front of you might drive off before they order.
Sometimes the food and service is great other times it's horrible
I had a really frustrating experience at the McDonald’s drive-thru today. The line took forever to move, and I ended up waiting an unreasonable amount of time just to place my order. Even after ordering, the wait at the pickup window was just as slow. For a place that’s supposed to be “fast food,” the service was anything but fast. Went to this McDonald's and waiting in drive thru for about 30 minutes. After which I gave my debit card to a lady on her phone. Just now found out she was stealing card info. Don't go here, and she should be fired and arrested.
