I've been going to mcdonalds before work for years to get a large iced coffee with extra caramel and caramel drizzle, I just switched jobs so I switched the mcdonalds I stop at. This locations atmosphere is very dull, and they dont add the drizzle and rarely add extra caramel pump so i stopped paying for the options. Well today I was given a medium so I told the girl at drive-thru it was supposed to be a large and she proceeded to tell me it was a large when it clearly states on the cup that it's a medium for iced coffee.
