Absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. Rude, unhelpful, unprofessional, racist..refused to help me..walked past me 3 different without acknowledging me standing there..then was rude when I asked for help with my mobile order..which they said I had to go thru the drive-thru to get and then refused to refund my money because the manager said she doesn't deal with "thirsty" people..and then called me racist..unreal. Left w/o my food or a refund.
No idea what the manager’s name was that was there on April 27th around 1:30 AM, but she is one of the most incompetent and irresponsible people I’ve ever seen. THEY had an issue with my order where they had my order number but claimed they couldn’t see what my order was (despite me having the receipt, the charge, AND the order in my McDonalds app). DO NOT GO HERE!!! They will mess up your order and they will take forever. Also the SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!! The lady on the intercom was trying to fight a customer. GO TO ANY OTHER LOCATION.
We ordered 2 lemonades and it was more water than lemonade we had them to remake it and second time it was actual lemonade the 2 burgers were still pink not fully cooked the service is horrible more eye rolling for our issues from the staff and acted like they didn't want to be there
