This is by far one of the worst McDonald’s locations I’ve been to. The wait times are ridiculous, even when it’s not that busy, and they almost always mess up my order or forget something. Every visit turns into checking the bag before leaving because you can’t trust that everything is there. The late-night service is even worse. If you come after midnight looking for a quick snack, don’t waste your time. Hood McDs. Hoodlums hangs around outside at 130am under age. One kid approached the car with a concealed something had to draw on him. He was wanting money and to walk in front of the car and order. Staff did not speak English and literally tool 1 hour to serve 6 cars. Order was completely wrong...
Nice Jazz playing. Roy is a really nice worker that greeted us as soon as we came in. We usually get our food to go but today, because of the jazz , nice customer service by Roy and the manager Mr. Gennry We decided to stay.
