CAUTION!!! McDonald’s app aren’t like the rest!! They take ALL your points AWAY when you switch devices. One day I had OVER 5,000 points. Then the next day when I downloaded the app on my new phone it was ZERO. My rewards history was visible.After one month they still have NOT given me back my points. Let’s do the math. 5,000 points DIDN’T expire in 24h. My rewards history didn’t reflect this loss. Burger King, Wendy’s Chick-fil-A didn’t take ALL my points away when I changed devices, actually my reward history was the SAME.... read more
