I have a hard time understanding why anyone, young or old, would pass out of the drive through window a very hot cup of coffee, seriously over filled. So hot and so full that when I took it from her hand, the lid came open and hot coffee spilled all over my hand giving me a serious burn but also spilled all over my car causing some damage as well. Drive thru time sucks in the morning, too long for coffee
The workers were very rude kicked out a bunch of people and told us to never come back just for sitting in there
Had booked my child’s birthday here a month prior and showed up they said they weren’t aware. I asked to speak to a manager he would not come over and speak to me and spoke through a worker who doesn’t make more then minimum wage and could give less then two cents if I complained (fair). I went over to the play area where they had told me they would put some decorations. I wasn’t expecting much but they said at least a happy birthday sign.
