During anytime before 7 staff with actively ignore customers in the drive thru, there are times where I've seen more people drive off honking their horn than people being served.
Routinely forgets items in delivery orders and blames customers for issues. Nobody takes accountability and uses corporate policy as a blanket scapegoat. You're not just "doing your job" (quote that i heard, while talking about me!) when your staff is making mistakes and you're not checking off on standard things. Found a long hair in my nuggets a few days ago. absolutely disgusting. NEVER eating here again
Don't order the mocha frappe. Constantly have to pull ahead and wait for it.
We waited on our food for about 20 minutes, but Hunter did not hesitate to resolve the situation. No one else offered to fix the situation, however, it was extremely busy so I do understand. Truly, Hunter was 10/10 and was extremely polite.
