After waiting for 25 minutes inside the restaurant, I was able to place my order. The boy processed the order for the customer standing in front of me and then left to engage himself in something else, despite the fact that I was the next customer in line to be served. Got a half bitten top bun, no one apologized or asked any questions, and took their good time to remake it. I guess it tasted okay. Wish I would've looked at the reviews first. They're accurately low for a reason.
I usually enjoy McDonald’s for a quick bite, but this visit was disappointing. The drive-thru line was long, which I expected, but the real issue was how slow and unorganized the service was once I got to the window. It felt like the staff was overwhelmed or not communicating well. When I finally got my order, a few items were missing, and the food I did receive was lukewarm.
