Friendly. A bit slow
Was just there to get lunch and my bag fell when I was grabbing the drinks, I told the lady it was okay I'd just deal with it because it was just an accident. She ended up getting me 2 new things of fries despite me saying it'd be okay, and I really appreciated it! I hate to cause a burden or anything on service workers, and I felt like I'd be doing that asking for new fries, so it's so nice that she automatically got me 2 new ones. Thank you!
There was no hi ,bye or thank you, not rude just no communication, everything else was perfect!!!
The morning shift managers are not professional. They are very rude. I placed an order on the app for 3 burritos and Sausage egg cheese mcgriddle. I paid for it and got the confirmation email. When I got there it wasn't ready bc the manager told me I hadn't paid for it. I was trying to explain to her and show her the email and my online bank statement where it showed I paid.
