This location has screwed up my orders 3 times in a row. This time they finally got it right.
I ordered a 10 piece McNugget, 2 cheeseburger combo, and a basket of fries online. When I opened my bag at home only the fries and drink were in there. When I called the restaurant they said they double check the bag and I got nothing for compensation.
Drive thru is fast and efficient, but ordering inside is very slow. I would still rather go to this location than the Fultondale one. Edit 2026: First time I ordered inside was slow, but every time since then has been pretty fast. Employees here are kind and patient with customers.
I ordered a mcdouble with fries and a sprite with a carmal frappe extra carmel extra chocolate and a shot of espresso and the did not give me any of my extras
It would be a 5 star but they need to fix the microphones or speakers.
