We havent eaten here in a long time. My husband got sick, and the staff always a bad day, ever single day. 🙄 Wasnt expecting much, it is McDonald's. We ordered, SIMPLE, QUICK, NICE!!! We pull up to pay, simple, quick and NICE, pull On up to pickup food and THE SAME THING!!! Greeted with a smile, had our order almost ready, no long wait, and NICE!!!!!!! A little goes a long way. The food was hot and good. (it is McDonald's) 🤷🏼♀️ and the ice cream machine worked GREAT!
Had a lunch with the hubby and it was a very relaxed atmosphere while visiting with a delicious lunch.
The general manager, Yulanda Cole, was incredibly unprofessional and unsanitary. She was walking around making food without gloves and she was not wearing a hairnet. To make matters worse, she denied my family a veteran’s discount on our meal despite us showing her proof. This was a very unpleasant experience, we will not be returning to this restaurant.
There was a cockroach 🪳 in the wall and the table was so sticky not recommended if u want clean restaurant
I visited again recently and picked up a mobile order. The man at the first window didn't even acknowledge us, just handed the receipt out the window and closed it. The woman at the second window didn't greet us at all, she didn't say one single word to us. She handed the drinks and bags out of the window to my husband and shut the window without a word, no thank you or have a good day or anything. Very rude, very unprofessional, very unfriendly staff.
