Placed a group order for my corporate team and was not provided a receipt. Emailed corporate yo retrieve the receipt and was told that I needed to contact the location. I contacted the location and was told they are unable to provide it after 1 week. I then called the corporate office back and was told that I would need to drive 4 hours back to the location to get the receipt even though the actual location informed me that they would not provide me a receipt. Great food and service
I have never received service as bad as I did on my last visit. And never imagined that a place would kick out a paying customer. I was rudely and loudly told that I needed to ‘buy something or leave’ by someone I assume was a manger or supervisor, not sure. Crazy part is I had eaten breakfast there that morning and obviously paid for it. And I had just finished enjoying my lunch, which I paid for, when I was told this. I will never be back to this McDonald’s unless changes are made with the staff.
