Always fresh, always clean, always good many other restaurants in Newcastle could take lessons..... someone is constantly cleaning even the parking lot every morning.... first class operation. From everything I see
Went to this location 2 separate times and both times my code on the McDonald’s app did not work and the manager Pattie Hernandez gave me SUCH a problem and gave an insane amount of attitude. The second time she straight up refused to come talk to me about it. Absolutely would not recommend this location to anyone unless you want to waste your time and money! Don’t become a manager if you cannot do a managers job.
