We went in for two ice creams , and took 20 minutes long.Other people were standing there waiting longer, while some of the employees were standing around in the back doing nothing.
I am compelled to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the customer service at this McDonald's location. It appears that the hiring process may be flawed, particularly in Orangeburg, South Carolina. In my opinion, a thorough overhaul of the staff is necessary, beginning with management and trickling down to the employees. I firmly believe that a strong management team would lead to improved performance from the workers. Unfortunately, each visit to this McDonald's has resulted in disappointment.
