Always busy
I'm not sure what was wrong with the girl at the drive-through, but she was very rude. I was asking questions about the McDonald's app, and she flat out was said, "idk, I don't work there!" Now, I totally understand that she may not be knowledgeable because they may be 2 separate things. But, as a customer, how am I to know that. If you're in a bad mood, don't take that out on other people. Go work in th3 back where you don't have to talk to customers. Cause if I had gotten rude back, it would have been an issue.
The manager that was there by the name of Morgan was rude and disrespectful, he told me I was not allowed to sit in the lobby even though I'm up here all the time, and I am always a paying customer. I eat breakfast up here but also lunch, and was told that if I am to stay up here I have to sit in the back corner out of sight! I have never been so disrespected for doing nothing but keeping to myself and getting my food when I decide.
