Came for a featured flavor "salted caramel McFlurry", but they were out of it. But we improvised with a skor flurry, caramel sauce, and a salt package. Also got a small coffee, which was much smaller than I expected it to be but, one of the tastier fast food coffees around. McDonald's is always throw me off these days, everyone orders online through an app, and just shows up to pick up their food. Almost no one stands in line to order through an actual crew member. Terrible preparation of food, hard to blame the under age underpaid child staff. Yet, priced at same or higher levels than A&W, etc. Only here for kids happy meal... disappointing.

Extremely unprofessional drive-thru service. The staff member took my order rudely. I received a muffin that was very hard, and when I mentioned it, she refused to even check the item and simply said it was “fresh, made in the morning She then slammed the drive-thru window shut without offering any solution or replacement. This is not the first time I’ve had issues here, as I’ve previously received poorly prepared and messed-up orders. This level of customer service and food quality is completely unacceptable for McDonald’s
