I love the app! I use it a lot since it's my grandsons favorite place. The app saves so much time, and you get amazing deals,using points that you earn.
Ordered food. Had to use the kiosk since no one approached us at the counter after a few minutes. Ordered. 20 minutes pass and I ask the counter what is going on with my order. They said they dropped it and are remaking it. I asked for a refund and left. At least the refund went by quickly but it's incredibly unprofessional to have done that and not inform us that there would be a delay. We saw other people walk in and leave before we even got our food.
It's a McDonalds. It's what you would expect.
Never been treated so rudely in my life. A girl went off on me for ordering at the counter and then went off on the lady behind me because they forgot something in her order
I literally bought toys last week separate. Then I tried going through today and was denied. Saying I had to buy the meal to get the toy. Please get your workers on the same page.
