I want to tell you all that the people who work at this McDonald's are ALL amazing. I have cancer and leaving the house once a day for my Mocha Frappuccino... it's the highlight in a hard time of my life, the smiles from them and the mental support, Sara (a wonderfully nice employee/manager) always makes it the best and ask me how i am doing even when its super busy. The wait was ridiculous with only 1 car ahead of me. Waited at window while the employees inside just kept walking by looking at us.. my coffee was sitting right at the window if I could of open the window myself and took my coffee I would have. The manager seen me point to my coffee and she open the window just to tell me they are super busy. No apologies no have a good day no thank you just excuses!! Won't be back thats for sure. Other places will gladly take my money and give better service.
So I went through the drive thru to purchase a meal deal (sandwich, drink, nuggets, & small fry) which we always get. The guy says “we don’t have meal deals”… I seen it on the menu. I then said okay I’m ready to order and he said “hold on one moment”. After about a minute of him saying nothing I decided to place an online order as that’ll be quicker & I can get a meal deal.
