Food is ok if you can get it correctly or on time. Staff talks too much gossip in the back for everyone to hear and final straw was this evening the lobby doors were locked before 8pm on a Thursday randomly while having a mile long drive thru line. Where management on this one? This ain't necessary the employees but a upper management issue I can't see how they don't notice these issues or haven't heard of them.
Only bad thing I have to say is sometimes I'll walk there in the evening since its not far from me and the lobby is closed half the time at 8pm or before
Food was ok, but the problem is there is no consistency from restaurant to restaurant, 1 mcds food an service should be as good as the next. Like got 3 sausage McMuffin 1 had half of the muffin burnt but the rest of the sides of the muffins were fine, no consistency. Which means someone gets a burnt half muffin
INSANELY SLOW. How can you call this fast food. It took 55 minutes to get ONE QUARTER POUNDER. They didn’t even give me my quarter pounder. I got a disgusting single cheeseburger. There were 5 people in the store and they were completely ignored for over an hour as employees focused on the drive through. Management needs improvement. The workers instructed multiple people in the drive-through to pull forward… just to let them sit there for about 40 minutes while they were talking and arguing in the back.
