Over ten minutes with no line to get cold fries and a drink. Fries were old and gross. They had plenty of fresh fries, but gave me the old nasty ones. This area fast food in general has been going down hill for a while.
Don't go to this Mcdonalds if you expect to get the food you ordered at the window. It is always a wait in the parking lot and not just onesies twosies literally every car in line.
I ordered a large vanilla iced coffee with extra cream and syrup but it tasted very bitter, food was great and service was very nice
Quite literally the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Screens are broken. Employees always seem unpleasant and angry, honestly don’t understand why this place is even open, worth driving to Killeen if you need something.
Absolutely terrible food. They don't cook anything fresh. They take a tremendously long time and give you old, stale, cold food. Probably the worst run McDonalds I have ever seen. Trash everywhere, inside is disgusting and very unsanitary. Drive through ordering screens have been busted for months if not years. I try to give them a chance every now and then, but this is probably the 4th or 5th time I've received cold, stale food from here. Never again... They need to go out of business.
