Ordered online on 9/9/25 at around 9:30pm. Store was closed for maintenance. I called the next day and was treated poorly and hung up on by the same manager three different times. Went up in person and the male manager just kept teling me no no no. Then a sweet kid Luis translated for me, he got his manager Clydia whom was very patient and sweet. She listened and helped me get my refund. Those two need recognized for their customer service. Hire more Luis's and Clydia's and get rid of the ones bringing down your store.
The store is very fast and efficient very good service and clean as well
8:20 on a Tuesday night and they’re closed for maintenance? This is just ridiculous.
